As a crew member, I created a welcoming, efficient experience. I met customers one-on-one, learned their preferences, and offered tailored recommendations. I kept shelves organized and restocked on time. Maintaining strong merchandising and clear, accessible displays drew shoppers to key sections and improved at-shelf conversion.


Behind the scenes, I rotated stock, organized backstock, and tracked inventory. Serving 100+ customers a day sharpened communication and composure; frequent hand-offs strengthened coordination and attention to detail. The role reinforced putting customers first and balancing friendly service with consistent execution to improve accessibility, flow, and overall performance.

As a Dancer TA, I led and assisted classes with a focus on aerial silks, teaching safe technique and progressive skills. I broke down new tricks into clear steps, demonstrated movements, and coached students through drills and sequencing. Over nine months, I supported a cohort of about 25 young dancers with individualized feedback on alignment, grip, wraps, and transitions, building strength, body awareness, and confidence. I also maintained a supportive, safety-first class environment so students could advance steadily from fundamentals to more complex combinations.
